This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

Pittsburgh is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Pittsburgh peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The most important element being the quality of the food. I had the beef pho and it was quite delicious, Little Viet Kitchen was the 5th pho location I had visited in the Pittsburgh area. Compared to the other 4, I'd say it stacks up pretty well. However, not so much as a complaint, but as constructive criticisms to help elevate the experience. 1. I would like to see the abandonment of plastic silverware and dishware. To receive steaming hot pho in a plastic bowl with a plastic spoon is very disturbing to my persons as microplastics are leaching into my pho at an unprecedented rate. 2. The seating area is quite tiny and uncomfortable, three circular tables scrunched in together will easily cause a uncomfortable seating arrangement when busy. Hell I was seated alone and even I was uncomfortable with that table (too low, circular, lightweight). Additional seating outside could be beneficial as not only would it provide more seating for customers, but could be a solution to cause less clutter in the main restaurant itself. Again, with how service was, this does seem more akin to a take-out only establishment. My final verdict is overall, I'd rank this as the pho spot in Pittsburgh I m

Shrimp spring rolls with their sauce is a great appetizer- the hint of mint leaves is perfect. The vermicelli bowls are great- we prefer the pork belly and marinated pork. Thai tea boba is super good too. Overall, great take out spot! The inside is small with about 2 tables so take out is better. Would recommend!

It was my first time going here last weekend, and the place is so nice, cozy, neat and pretty! The staff were super friendly and nice, too! I ordered a bubble tea, and it was really delicious and satisfied my cravings! It wasn't too sweet, just the right flavors and the boba pearls were chewy to perfection! I cannot wait to have it again and try their other items on the menu! β€οΈ

Great food, amazing atmosphere and really great service! They are so friendly, I have had a few items here such as the rice bowl and banh mi. I just ordered the pork n roll rice bowl and love it. They also have great Thai ice tea. I would recommend it and fresh spring rolls as love them as well!
